Our process / The Seven Moves

Move from uncertainty to impact.

A rigorous process should create momentum, not ceremony. Seven connected moves keep evidence, imagination and execution in the same room from the first question to what happens after launch.

The Seven Moves

Every move resolves a different kind of uncertainty.

The route is structured but not rigid. We compress, revisit or deepen a move when the evidence asks us to, while keeping decisions visible and the whole team oriented around the same outcome.

  1. 01

    Inquiry

    Listen wide

We begin with the people closest to the problem: customers, operators, leaders and partners. Interviews, existing data and direct observation reveal what the brief says, what it leaves out and where lived experience disagrees.

  2. 02

    Definition

    Frame sharp

We turn a broad ambition into a precise change to create. The frame names the audience, present tension, desired behavior, business value and boundaries, giving every later idea a useful test.

  3. 03

    Direction

    Find the signal

Research is synthesized into a small number of opportunities, then strategy defines the one worth owning. This is where information becomes a point of view and the project gains a clear center of gravity.

  4. 04

    Possibility

    Make it visible

We develop distinct creative routes in words, images and interactions early enough to provoke an honest response. Ideas are shown in the contexts where people will actually meet them, not isolated on presentation slides.

  5. 05

    Confidence

    Stress the system

The strongest route is stretched across audiences, formats, edge cases and real constraints. Prototype feedback and production tests expose weaknesses while there is still time to improve the underlying idea.

  6. 06

    Execution

    Release with control

Design, copy, motion, development and production are coordinated through explicit approvals and one source of truth. Quality is protected without losing the speed and adaptability a live launch demands.

    Evolution

    Learn in public

Launch turns assumptions into observable behavior. We read qualitative response and performance signals together, record what changed and prioritize the next useful improvement instead of treating release as a finish line.

Research evidence

Look for friction, not confirmation.

Evidence is not a decorative chapter before creative work. It changes the question, helps teams let go of comfortable assumptions and gives a bold direction something solid to stand on.

01

Business context

We map ambition, economics, operational realities and the decisions already in motion so the work can create value beyond communication.

02

Cultural signals

We read language, aesthetics, communities and changing expectations to understand what the audience recognizes, rejects or is ready to see differently.

03

Observed behavior

Interviews, journeys, search patterns and product evidence reveal what people actually do, especially where it contradicts what they report.

04

Category codes

We identify familiar conventions, overused claims and open territories, deciding which signals earn trust and which ones a brand should deliberately break.

Decision mechanism

Fewer opinions. Better choices.

Every major review returns to three gates agreed at the start. Taste is welcome, but it does not get the final vote unless it connects to truth, choice or proof.

Gate one / TruthIs it true to the problem and the people?

Supported by evidence, honest to the offer and recognizable to the audience.

01
Gate two / ChoiceDoes it make a clear, ownable choice?

Distinct from category habit, specific enough to guide execution and brave enough to matter.

02
Gate three / ProofCan it work beyond this presentation?

Tested across channels, constraints and moments with a credible path to the desired outcome.

02

Making and launch

The idea survives contact with reality.

Production is part of design, not a handoff after it. Prototypes surface constraints early, a shared system protects coherence, and launch planning gives every asset an owner and purpose.

01

Before full commitment

Prototype

We make the risky parts tangible first: a key film beat, a responsive interaction, a content pattern or a production technique. The test answers a real question before scale makes change expensive.

Output: tested behavior and production route
02

During full execution

Produce

Creative leads, makers and technical partners work from one source of truth. Reviews happen against agreed criteria, and dependencies are managed across language, format, channel and market.

Output: coherent master assets and adaptations
03

Before and after go-live

Release

We verify the live experience, equip owners, monitor early signals and resolve launch issues quickly. What we learn becomes a prioritized improvement plan rather than disappearing into a retrospective.

Output: controlled launch and learning backlog

Shared responsibility

Good work needs two active sides.

Momentum depends less on presentation frequency than on clear ownership, fast access to truth and decisions made by the right people at the right time.

SEVEN ownsDirection and craft
  • 01A clear process, realistic plan and visible decision log
  • 02Direct access to the senior people shaping and making the work
  • 03Strong recommendations supported by evidence and prototypes
  • 04Production-ready files, quality control and an intentional handover
Partner ownsContext and commitment
  • 05Timely access to customers, operators, data and decision makers
  • 06One empowered lead who consolidates feedback and resolves conflict
  • 07Honest constraints, changing information and commercial priorities
  • 08Approvals at agreed gates and ownership of post-launch operations

The shared rule: challenge the work early, decide clearly, and never hide a useful truth to protect the schedule.

Quality control

Ready means more than finished.

Before anything leaves the studio, it passes six practical checks. Each check has an owner and evidence; none is satisfied by saying the work feels right.

Release rule: no known critical issue, no invisible owner, no asset without a reason to exist.
01

Clarity

The intended audience can understand the message, action and hierarchy without explanation.

02

Craft

Copy, typography, imagery, motion and detail hold together at the formats people will actually see.

03

Access

Content remains perceivable, operable and readable across abilities, languages and responsive sizes.

04

System integrity

Components and rules behave consistently while leaving enough range for future expression.

05

Performance

Technical weight, loading behavior, tracking and channel specifications meet the agreed standard.

06

Ownership

Source files, rights, guidance, responsibilities and next actions are complete and understood.

Start before the solution

Bring us the uncertainty worth resolving.
