SEVEN YES INTERACTIVE INC ("SEVEN", "we", "us") operates sevenadst.com and provides advertising design, brand, campaign and digital experience services. References to "you" mean the visitor, account holder or organization using the service.
2. Account eligibility and security
You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for any organization you name and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized access.
- Use a current email address or reachable phone number.
- Do not share session links, passwords or access tokens.
- Notify us promptly if your contact details or authority change.
3. Permitted use
You may use the site to understand our work, contact us, receive published materials and access account features made available to you. Use must comply with these Terms, our Acceptable Use rules and applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The site design, SEVEN name and mark, editorial copy, code and SEVEN Lab studies belong to SEVEN or their respective licensors. Photography remains subject to the rights and licenses identified by its source. No client relationship or ownership transfer arises from viewing this site.
Unless a signed project agreement says otherwise, you may not copy, sell, publish, train a model on, or create derivative commercial work from site materials.
5. Project enquiries
Submitting a brief does not create an agency-client relationship, exclusivity, confidentiality obligation or commitment to accept work. Do not send confidential information until both sides have agreed how it will be handled. We may decline enquiries at our discretion.
6. Service availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but online services may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. The site is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that editorial material is professional advice for your situation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SEVEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the public site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A signed services agreement may set different terms for paid project work.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, SEVEN, our infrastructure or third parties, including for suspected abuse or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the privacy contact.
9. Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting account holders will be communicated through an appropriate service channel. Any governing-law and dispute provisions in a signed project agreement take priority for that engagement.
